An experienced property developer with a social conscience — delivering homes for those who need them most.

We work closely with housing associations, care providers and local authorities to create bespoke, tailored homes. With offices in Manchester and London, we have a proven track record of delivering homes throughout England.

Our managing partners bring an extensive background in property development and the supported housing sector — with a deep understanding of appraising, acquiring and delivering homes, and of the specific needs of every stakeholder.

With local authority support, we provide private-sector funding and deliver solutions for key workers, critical employees, affordable housing and care leavers — tackling homelessness and delivering a much-needed upgrade to social housing stock.

Birmingham

We identified a need within Birmingham for high-quality accommodation for adults with mental health needs, and approached Radis Community Care with the details of the scheme. We presented it to the Adult Social Care commissioners, who were in favour of the development and gave us their support.

Our next step was to agree a funding package with one of our trusted partners, who agreed to acquire the site. From there, we entered negotiations with the vendors to secure the purchase.

Whilst negotiating the lease and acquisition, our team put together a detailed schedule of works alongside the care provider and registered provider — adapting the property to include enhanced fire and CCTV systems, assistive technology, and replacing the bathrooms with wet rooms.

Once the lease was in place, the purchase was completed and the adaptations made — with a lease signed with the registered provider and the keys handed over.
